Outer space is either finite or endless, a continuous loop or as a string theory. Regardless of all the speculation this one significant fact is this for the rest of us, it goes on forever. From my own experience as an artist the work I create is never finished but they are stopped.

My work is comprised of 2D and 3D elements. That marriage of elements suggests the fact that there may even be 5D works. Nevertheless, by working in this manner the possibilities of working for years on the same project, due to the limitless possibilities inherent in the work, become self generating with erupting new thoughts, directions and surprises.  It is the same as mixing two colors that will produce thousands of tones, shades, light and dark and also opaque and transparent colors.

The stopped works invite future artists to lend their talents, adding new and continuing growth to the work. What I have done is only an overture to a beginning for future creativity to answer the challenge these works present or provoke.

Framed or matted artworks place a restriction to the viewer as well as the thought process of stimulation or expansion of ideas the works incite. Framing stunts the statement and places the art work into solitary confinement.
